Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and your preferred carrier and delivery speed. You'll be able to choose from available options before completing your order.
Free Shipping: Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
International Shipping We ship to 28 countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated by carrier at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions. You'll be able to select from available options before completing your order.
Estimated international delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. Please note:
- Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are not included in our shipping rates and are collected by your local customs authority.
- Customs Delays: Tea Dao Cultivation is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
- Restricted Items: Some countries may restrict the import of certain food products. Please check your local regulations before ordering.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.
